ONLINE “ZOOM” MEETINGS (CORRECTED 3/30/2020) Please share this notice to your AA groups and members:

The Saginaw Area District 18 Peace Group has organized 2 online meetings;

Sunday and Wednesday nights at 7:30pm at Peace Lutheran Church in Saginaw. Other organized AA Zoom meetings have been added below.

These are the 2 Peace Lutheran Meetings. See the instructions below if you are not familiar with Zoom.

Sunday night Big Book 7:30pm meeting. Click on this link: https://zoom.us/j/100988171

Wednesday night 12&12 7:30pm meeting. Click on this link: https://zoom.us/j/653086423

All meetings are “Study” meetings (Big Book and 12&12,) so have your AA literature handy if you wish to optionally read. As is normal, after the reading, discussion of the reading follows.

Online copies of the Big Book (4th Ed.) and the 12&12, see next.

PDF copies:

12&12 at:

and Big Book (4th Ed.) at:

The online portal will open at 7:00pm so you can test and setup your device. The meeting will not start until 7:30pm. Everyone logged-in will see you (you can blank out video/audio anytime as you wish.) Your lighting (should be on your face, not behind you) and your background should be quiet and non-distracting. Please be polite and try not to deviate from the study plan. This is NOT a general/open discussion group. The device you use to login will need a video camera and microphone and speakers/headphones. If you have headphones and an attached microphone, that is optional as it minimizes audio feedback. You need to download the Zoom.US app software, which is available for desktops, laptops (Windows and Mac,) Android and Apple (iOS) smart devices. Download the app onto the device you are going to use for the online meeting.

For Windows and Mac desktops and laptops, go to: https://zoom.us/download

For Android devices, go to Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=us.zoom.videomeetings&hl=en_US

For Apple iOS devices, go to Apple App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/zoom-cloud-meetings/id546505307
